Clontarf team Captain, Carrie O'Connor answered some questions for us ahead of Friday night's big game.
Q: How did you come to play Gaelic football?
A: Martina Coen and Fiona Coghlan made me come down and train after school one day, never looked back!!
Q: Who has influenced you the most during your club career?
A: All of my teammates and coaches...couldn't pick just one person!
Q: What has been the best and the worst moments of your club career so far?
A: Haven't had any awful moments but best by far was seeing Caroline O Connell score a goal in this year’s championship!
Q: Who was your sports hero growing up?
A: Sonia O Sullivan
Q: Tell us about your senior debut for Dublin?
A: Leinster final against Meath...all 30 seconds of it
Q: Who was the toughest opponent you ever faced?
A: Orla Deegan
Q: What sporting event in the world would you love to attend?
A: Superbowl
Q: Which sports do you like watching apart from Gaelic Games, of course?
A: Anything and everything
Q: With the club championship now at the final stage, what is your club training schedule like?
A: Hectic but enjoyable
Q: If you could change one rule in Ladies football, what would it be?
A: Get rid of the sin bin
Q: If there was a transfer market in Ladies football, which player would you like your club to sign up and why?
A: Cant think of anyone I'd want over my current teammates!!!!
Q: What more would you like to see being done to promote women in sport, both at club and County level?
A: More social media involvement at club level for ladies competitions
