Dublin LGFA Weekly Notes:


Congratulations to the Dublin U14’s and their management team on their 3-14 to 1-06 win over Meath last Saturday in the Leinster Championship final. Best of luck to all the girls on the U14 Squad who travel Rathleague in Co Laois this Saturday for the All Ireland U14 blitz. Dublin will play Galway in the All Ireland semi-final on June 4th, details TBA


Good luck and best wishes to our U16 girls who also play Meath this coming Saturday in the final of the U16 Leinster Championship. The final is on in Clane GAA club Co Kildare with a 3.30pm throw in time. Dublin LGFA will have LIVE score updates from the final available via our Twitter page @dublinladiesg


A reminder to all clubs that players, mentors and club officials registrations are due to be renewed on or before the 31st of May 2017. This is applicable to all club members registered in 2016.

Any member registered between 1st January and 31st May 2017 shall be deemed registered up to and including, the 31st May the following year (2018).

All clubs are requested to ensure all players, both adult and juvenile are registered and therefore covered to play and train under the LGFA injury fund. Clubs found to have played unregistered players are liable to be fined €100 per player and the competition result reversed if applicable.


The May County Board meeting will take place in Parnell Park on Tuesday 16th at 7:30pm
