Tyrone v Dublin

Venue: Drumragh GFC, Tyrone

Dublin make changes ahead of Sunday’s NFL clash with Tyrone

Dublin boss Gregory McGonigle has made seven changes to his starting 15 for this Sunday NFL clash with bottom of the table side, Tyrone.

Emer Ní Eafa starts in goal ahead of Ciara Trant, Ciara Ruddy and Muireann Ní Scanaill start in the full back line in place of Fiona Hudson and Leah Caffrey. Martha Byrne comes into the half back line ahead of Niamh Collins. While up front Siobhan Woods, Olivia Leonard and Niamh Rickard replace Nicole Owens, Sinead Aherne and Amy Ring respectively.

Ni Scanaill was an 18th minute replacement for Olwen Carey in last Sunday’s win over Cork with Byrne, Woods and Leonard also introduced during the second half of the game in Parnell Park.

Despite having seven changes in personal Dublin have still named a very strong line out for the trip to Drumragh with five All Stars pencilled in to start which demonstrates the strength in depth of the current Dublin panel.

A win on Sunday will move the Leinster Champions one step closer to qualifying for the NFL knock out stages with games against Armagh and Galway still to come.
