Dublin LGFA Weekly Notes 


Dublin will play Waterford in the TG4 All Ireland Senior Quarter final on Saturday the 12th of August. Full details regarding venue / time will be confirmed by Croke Park in due course.


The August County Board meeting of Dublin LGFA will take place on Tuesday the 15th at 7:30pm in Parnell Park. The gradings and draws for the U15 to minor championships will take place at this meeting. Clubs are advised to have a registered delegate in attendance.


Our club development programme PEILÓg is moving to WEDNESDAY nights from August 2nd.


Girls aged 8-13 years who are living in or around the St Margaret’s GAA club area are invited to attend especially girls who would like to play Gaelic football for the first time. Cost per session is just €2, for more information please email Emer at PeilOg.AthaCliath@gmail.com


On development squad programme at U17, U15 and U13 levels are completely up and running with all squads progressing well. Our U17 squad had a good run out against Donegal and Kerry respectively last week as they continue their preparations for the U17 All Ireland blitz on August 15th. The U15 squad played Kildare on Sunday last enjoying two entertaining games in Hawkfield.


Our U13 Squad are looking forward to playing Tipperary, Kildare, Antrim and Monaghan in the Eugene Egan Memorial Tournament which is taking place in Naomh Mearnog GAA club, on Sunday August 13th.
