New Ireland Assurance Semi-Final Info

New Ireland Assurance Dublin Club Championships:
The majority of the semi -final pairings in the adult club senior to Junior B championships are now known following last night’s series of group games.
Reigning senior champions Foxrock Cabinteely will play Kilmacud Crokes while surprise package of the championship, St Sylvesters will play Ballyboden St Endas.
Both Kilmacud Crokes and St Sylvesters finished the group stage of the competition level on 9 points each. However as per competition regulations St Sylvesters are deemed group winners on the head to head result with Kilmacud Crokes. The Malahide club won their encounter on the score line of 1-17 to 3-10.
In the intermediate championship, Clontarf will play Clann Mhuire while reigning Junior All Ireland champions St Maurs will play Skerries Harps in their respective semi-final.
Last year’s Junior B champions, Naomh Barrog will play Lucan Sarsfields in their Junior A semi-final while group A table toppers Cuala are awaiting the outcome of results to determine who their semi-final opponents will be.
O’Dwyers who won the Junior C title in 2016 have qualified for the semi-final of the Junior B championship and will face an in form Scoil Ui Chonaill side. Raheny who topped group A are awaiting confirmation on their semi-final opponents.
Semi-finals will be played next Wednesday the 26th of July (extra time to be played if required)
