Ireland’s Fittest Family is back!
Last year the Bissett’s were the strong contenders representing Dublin, but they were knocked out in the semi-finals.

The programme are scouring the country to find the fittest, fastest and strongest families to be coached to victory by our super competitive coaches.

Requirements:
* Minimum age is 14 years old by 01 July 2022
* Each family must be comprised of four immediate members
