LIDL NFL Div 1 Final

Dublin v Cork


Dublin have announced their team selection for Saturdays much anticipated LIDL NFL Div 1 final versus reigning league champions and firm rivals Cork.


The Dubs have made just the one change from the team that began their league semi final encounter with Mayo.


The vastly experienced, Siobhain McGrath comes into the starting 15 ahead of Orlagh Nolan. 


McGrath replaced the injured Nolan in the league semi final when the Ballinteer St Johns star was forced to retire early from the game with what appeared to be a leg injury. 


The good news is that Nolan is fit enough to be included amongst the Dublin replacements for Saturdays clash with Cork. Joining her on the Dublin bench are the very experienced quartet of Ciara Trant, Carla Rowe, Nicole Owens and Niamh McEvoy. All of whom will ready to spring into action should the call come. 


Tickets remain on sale for the two LIDL NFL finals taking place in Croke Park this Saturday , Div 2 Kerry v Meath at 5pm followed by Dublin v Cork at 7:30pm
