STAR APPEAL OF DUBLIN LADIES

as featured in Sport for Business .....

There will be plenty of Christmas celebrations taking place over the coming weeks but few will have the sporting star appeal of the Dublin Ladies Football lunch at Clontarf Castle on December 14th.

Yes, they are back to back all Ireland Champions but there is something a little more even than that with this group as is evidenced by the line up of guest speakers that they have been able to draw.

Grand Slam winning Rugby Captain Fiona Coghlan plays a little bit of Intermediate football with Clontarf now she has stopped playing Rugby at the highest level and she will be joined by her male equivalent in that very limited group of individuals who have won a grand slam, fellow Clontarf native Brian O’Driscoll.

But stopping there for the top table was not an option for Mick Bohan and his management team so why not throw Joe Brolly into the mix as well as multi All Ireland winner and CEO of the GPA Paul Flynn and dual-code star Lindsay Peat.

To be honest spending time in the company of the players alone would be worth taking a look at this as a Christmas option. With that group of speakers, marshalled by Darragh Moloney it becomes a near certainty.
