Dublin LGFA Weekly Notes:

 

Inter County Update:

Dublin play the first of their two TG4 SFC qualifier group games this coming Saturday as they travel to Lannleire GAA club, Dunleer Co Louth for meeting with Cavan. Throw in time is 2pm. Admission rates are Adult: €15, Student/OAP: €5, Juveniles U16 are free of charge.


The following Saturday July 28th Dublin play Mayo in their final group game. This fixture will take place in Dr Hyde Park, Roscommon. Throw in time TBC


LEVEL 2 Referees GYW Course:

Monday July 23rd, Venue: Clanna Gael Fontenoy GAA club 

This course is aimed at referees who have been officiating LGFA games for a minimum of 5 years or more and or referees who wish to referee the LGFA code having previously had 5 years or more experience of officiating football within the GAA (Dublin GAA - CCC2 or adult levels).


Participants must be 17 years of age or over. Course module includes a written test on the LGFA playing rules whereby participants must obtain a min of 75% pass rate. Course fee is €10 per person and course duration is 7.30pm to 10pm (2.5 hours)


Booking can be made via the Dublin LGFA office by email info@dublinladiesgaelic.ie Payment can be made by cheque or postal order made payable to Dublin LGFA or alternatively by electronic transfer of funds (details available from the Dublin LGFA office).


July County Board Meeting:

The July meeting of the Dublin LGFA County Board will take place on Tuesday July 24th at 7.30pm in Parnell Park.
