Leinster Championship Finals:

Everyone in Dublin LGFA would like to wish our respective County champions the very best of luck in their forthcoming Leinster Championship finals which are taking place this coming weekend (Oct 28/29th).


Saturday 28th October, venue: Coralstown Kinnegad GAA Club Junior final: Cuala v Clan na nGael (Meath) 1pm, Intermediate final: St Maurs v Dunboyne (Meath) 3pm. Sunday 29th October venue: Coralstown Kinnegad GAA Club Foxrock Cabinteely v Confey (Kildare),2pm.


Dublin Senior Team coaching workshop:

The Dublin senior team and management are hosting a coaching workshop on Saturday 11th of November, venue: DCU Sports centre (Glasnevin campus). Cost is €100 per person, parking is available in multi-storey car park located off Collins Avenue Course participants to meet at reception for registration at 9am at the Sports centre (not St Clare’s). Bookings can be made by emailing sorchafarrelly@hotmail.com, places are limited so early booking is advised


Dates to note:

November 25th, TG4 All Star banquet, City West Hotel. December 1st, Dublin LGFA Annual Awards and medal presentation, Croke Park and December 9th, Dublin LGFA Annual Convention, Parnell Park.


Juvenile Finals:

Congratulations to everyone who took part in Juvenile cup, championship and shield finals last weekend. A big thank you to all our host clubs and match officials. Fixtures that fell owing to the weather will be rescheduled for the weekend of the 4/5th of November unless both clubs are in agreement and wish to play on the 28/29th of October if so please inform your relevant fixtures coordinator.


Condolences:

Dublin LGFA would like to express our sincere condolences to Harry O’Crowley on the passing of his Mother last Friday and also to Peter and the Clarke family on the sudden passing of Karen at the weekend, Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
