Dublin LGFA Weekly notes:

A busy few weeks lie ahead on the Inter County front as our Minor, U16 and U14 teams all contest Leinster Finals plus our senior team have qualified for the LIDL NFL division 1 semi-final.


Up first is our minor squad who play Kildare this Easter Monday at 3:30pm in the Minor Leinster final in Clane GAA club, Co Kildare. Wishing Siabh, all the girls and their management team the very best of luck in what should be a thrilling contest.


Dublin will play Cork for a second year in a row in the NFL semi-final on Sunday April 23rd, details of the venue and time to be announced shortly by Croke Park.


Following on from last weekend’s victories over Laois and Longford both our U14 and U16 squads can look forward to contesting a Leinster final. The U14 provincial final versus Meath will take place on May 7th while the U16 decided also against Meath will take place on May 14th. Details on venues / times are awaiting confirmation by Leinster Council.


Dublin LGFA are hosting a Fundamentals coaching course this coming Saturday April 15th in Clanna Gael Fontenoy GAA club, Ringsend. The course is ideal for new club coaches or those who may wish to get involved with their local club. The course runs from 10am to 4pm with a fee of just €20 on completion of the course participants will receive a certification from Coaching Ireland – to download a booking form please go to our website http://dublinladiesgaelic.ie/content_page/10008050/
